Soaking Room
About:
As an Aesthetician, I am rather obsessed with exfoliating and like the Koreans and much of Asia, I subscribe to the theory that full body exfoliation is a must and so frequenting the Korean Spas is part of my beauty ritual. San Francisco’s latest is located in the heart of Japan town and fulfills my every “ K beauty ”
craving. They have been open for a short while but have recently finished a build-out of the second floor which hosts private scrub rooms for the more modest types and an area for relaxation and private parties. This is a women’s only facility and is smaller and more intimate than some of the others. I always leave with baby soft skin and feeling relaxed and invigorated all at the same time. Plan to arrive thirty minutes in advance and for optimal results soak or steam for at least twenty minutes prior to treatment.
