“Healthy Fats” are critically important for our health & should be 20%-35% of your nutritional intake. If you’re like me you grew up thinking fat was bad and tried to limit your consumption but the science is clear; unsaturated fats (mono unsaturated are my favorite) which are mostly found in avocados, nuts,seeds and fatty fish like salmon,sardines & anchovies are critical ; take an avocado for example like the one on my plate (I eat 1/2 an avocado a day) they’re packed with fiber, thiamine(B1), riboflavin(B2) and niacin(B3).
